Refund Eligibility

Not all situations qualify for refunds, and that's important to understand upfront. We offer refunds within specific timeframes and under particular conditions related to our business analysis programs.

14-Day Window

Full refunds are available within 14 days of enrolment if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course materials. After that, partial refunds may apply based on usage.

Course Access

If you've accessed substantial course content or downloaded materials, your refund may be adjusted proportionally. We track course progress to determine eligibility fairly.

Technical Issues

Platform problems on our end? You're covered. If technical difficulties prevent you from accessing your course materials, we'll issue a full refund regardless of the standard timeframe.

Non-Refundable Items

Individual consultations, completed certificate programs, and third-party software licenses are non-refundable once delivered or consumed. Special workshop tickets also fall into this category.

How to Request a Refund

The refund process is designed to be simple. Follow these steps and you'll hear back from us within two business days.

Our team reviews your request within 48 hours. We'll check your course progress, payment details, and verify that your situation meets our refund criteria. You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your request immediately.

Approval and Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear in 5-7 business days. Bank transfers may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Confirmation

You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued. This email includes the refund amount, transaction reference number, and expected timeframe for the funds to reach your account.

Processing Times

Most refunds are approved within 2 business days, but processing times vary by payment method. Credit cards are fastest, while bank transfers depend on your institution. International payments may take longer due to currency conversion and banking procedures.

Important Details

There are a few specifics worth knowing before you request a refund. These details cover common scenarios we encounter.

  • Partial refunds are calculated based on the percentage of course content accessed. If you've completed 40% of a program, you're eligible for a 60% refund within the applicable timeframe.
  • Course materials downloaded or printed cannot be returned, but this doesn't automatically disqualify you from receiving a refund. We evaluate each request individually.
  • Group enrollments follow different rules. Contact us directly if you've enrolled multiple people under a single transaction.
  • If you purchased during a promotional period, your refund reflects the actual amount paid, not the original price before discounts.
  • Annual subscriptions are refundable within 30 days of initial purchase. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with no refund for the current billing period.
  • Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not included in refunds. You'll receive the amount in the original currency you paid.

Life happens. If you're dealing with a medical emergency, family crisis, or other extraordinary situation that prevents you from completing your course, contact us. We evaluate these cases on an individual basis and can often find a solution that works for everyone.

Payment Methods

We accept multiple payment options, and refunds are processed through the same method you used to pay. Here's what to expect for each type.

  • Credit and debit card refunds appear within 5-7 business days after processing. Your bank may take an additional 2-3 days to post the credit to your account.
  • PayPal refunds are immediate once processed from our end. The funds should be available in your PayPal account within 24 hours.
  • Bank transfers require your account details. We'll need your BSB and account number to process the refund, which takes 7-10 business days.
  • International wire transfers may incur banking fees. These fees are typically deducted from the refund amount unless the error was on our side.
